Week 4 update - 12 lbs down!
Success Story
Just wanted to share my progress! Started at 250 lbs and I'm now at 238 lbs. The first two weeks were tough with nausea, but it's getting so much better. Key things that helped:
- Eating smaller, more frequent meals
- Staying hydrated
- Ginger tea for nausea
Keep going everyone - we've got this! 💪
